Targeting Innovation has a team of 40 people, drawn from a wide range of specialisms, ensuring that we provide expert and impartial advice to all our customers.

Targeting Innovation is led by our Chief Executive, George Boag. George has more than 20 years’ experience in development, management, sales and consulting roles in the computer industry. He also has broad business experience, developed from several years in senior management in the engineering industry and from his role as Chief Executive of Services to Software for the last 10 years.

George took Services to Software Ltd from its original business concept to an organisation with turnover of £2m and is a well-known figure in Scottish business.

He is backed by a strong management team, who come from a variety of backgrounds and industries including marketing & communications, oil & gas, engineering, opto-electronics, research & academia and economic development. All of whom have held several senior posts before joining Targeting Innovation.

In addition our business advisers, project managers and operational staff bring a wealth of experience and expertise to ensure we deliver a high-quality service to our customers.
