New Head of Operations at Targeting Innovation

Targeting Innovation is delighted to welcome Michael McGuinness on board as the newest member of the team.
Michael has joined as Head of Operations, a new and critical role responsible for directing the further development of the business.
Michael previously worked with Oxford Innovation the UK's largest operator of Innovation centres as their Regional Director. In a five year role Michael managed one of the UK's most successful innovation centres, Hillington Park, Glasgow (UKBI established Incubator of the Year 2006). During his time he managed the team of business advisors supporting more than 120 early stage businesses progress through the incubation process and was principal for all new business into the centre.
