Knowledge Links for Business are running 2 series of events this summer in both the Dumfries and Galloway and Borders areas. 

Helping companies in the south of Scotland:-

• Find the right research information to develop new ideas
• Understand how to use academic resources
• Access the available funding and advice

Scottish Science Advisory Council - Networking Lunch - 10th September 2009

Background: 

The Council including both practitioners and users of scientific innovation will be meeting in the Crichton University Campus, Dumfries on 10th September.

You are invited to come along and meet with council members and local representatives from Higher and Further education institutions who will be showcasing their knowledge and expertise over a networking lunch. This is a great opportunity for you to give your views on science and innovation to the group and to learn what is happening locally.
