We are a not-for-profit company owned by 5 Scottish Universities; Edinburgh, Dundee, Glasgow, Glasgow Caledonian and Strathclyde, Scottish Enterprise Glasgow and the Defence Diversification Agency. Our Board membership also includes the Scottish Executive and other private sector representation.

Targeting Innovation is based in Scotland but works throughout the UK and Europe.
