Systematic Inventive Thinking

Become more innovative by using Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) to improve your products and services.

Solution

Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) is a practical and accessible methodology to improve products, service and processes through employee involvement.

It is based on the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) which proved that product development trends showed that the most innovative products or services fit into at least one of five innovation patterns.

This case-study based workshop helps you to become more innovative using SIT methods.

  • Step 1 - Pre workshop meeting to find out more about product/service/process to be analysed.
  • Step 2 - Two day intensive workshops
  • Step 3 - Mentoring support to convert ideas into projects

Outcomes

Your company will learn:

  • how to use innovation patterns to develop your products/services
  • how successful companies have used SIT and;
  • how to use some of the tools and techniques.

Our success:

  • On average each company attending the course generates about 50 product/service improvement ideas.
  • 100% of delegates have rated the course as having "medium to high value to my business".
