Targeting Innovation in partnership with Straightline Publishing are delighted to announce that they are again running the sixth annual Scottish Software Awards.
The Scottish software sector is recognised as being important for the Scottish economy with approximately 1500 indigenous and multinational companies. As standards of sophistication, business acumen and skill in the software world are continually developing, the role of developers and effective management is critical across the whole spectrum for the future of economic development.
To encourage the industry to actively increase their attractiveness to customers it is important that the business community recognise, promote and acclaim excellence, professionalism, innovation and the outstanding achievements to which individuals and companies contribute within the software sector.
Launched in 2003 the Scottish Software Awards has quickly established itself as a hallmark of success amongst Scottish software companies.
