The programme is designed to help clients
- find the right research information to develop new ideas;
- understand how to use academic resources;
- identify suitable academic partners;
- access available funding;
- identify other sources of support.

Knowledge Links for Business is an element of the South of Scotland Innovation Project, which has been developed by Scottish Enterprise with European Funding for a three-year period until September 2011. It is delivered by a special project team managed by Targeting Innovation Ltd and supported from Interface - the knowledge connection for business.
