Our support is available to assist you in all elements of the proposal development and project management process and through discussion we can develop a bespoke package of support to suit the needs of your organisation.

The support we provide includes:

• Concept Development - Providing a structured programme (e.g. Systematic Innovative Thinking Techniques) to assist your organisation in developing new ideas/concepts with the potential to be EC funded or assisting in developing your existing ideas to meet EC requirements.
  
  
• Partner Searches - Assistance in defining your partnering requirements, identifying potential partners and recruiting them to your project.
  
  
• Budget Preparation - Defining your project costs and presenting the information in an effective manner to the EC.
  
  
• Full Proposal Preparation - Provision of the expertise and resources to develop and prepare all elements of your proposal on your behalf taking your project from concept through to full submission to the EC.
  
  
• Proposal Preparation Training - Developing a structured training programme for your organisation that will provide you with the necessary skills to develop FP7 proposals within your own organisation.
  
  
• Proposal Evaluations - Evaluation/editing of proposals prior to submission to EC (including by previous EC evaluators) to strengthen/improve your projects chances of success.
  

Should your proposal be successful our FP7 team can also support your funded project where required:

• Negotiation Process - Assistance in preparing Grant Agreements, Descriptions of Work, Consortium Agreements, etc.
  
  
• Project Management - Advice, assistance and training in managing your Consortium, financial reporting, periodic reporting, etc.
  
  
• Partner Replacement - Support to identify new partners and integrate them into the Consortium.

In addition to our direct support, Targeting Innovation currently provide support to Scottish companies under contract to Scotland Europa. Our support to their EU R&D Funding Service includes delivery of:

• Presentations, workshops and other forms of support at events
  
• 1-2-1 support for companies, including concept validation
  
• Advice on Calls for Proposals from the EC
